- Financial planner with federal diploma, insurance specialist with federal diploma, or education/training at FH, HF level in the areas of pension, asset management, or financial planning
- Professional experience in customer consulting or proven sales experience
- Strong customer and sales orientation
- Confident and engaging demeanor
- Very good knowledge in the area of individual life insurance
- Networked thinking, high commitment, diligence, and resilience
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent German skills, good spoken English skills are an advantage
