Construction Site Manager for Painting (m/f)

Your Tasks

• Complete and independent handling of the assigned work on the site
• Meetings with clients, site managers, architects, etc.
• Instruction and management of other painters at the construction sites
• Site and performance controls as well as quality assurance
• Motivation of employees
• Execution of all painting work in interior and exterior areas for new buildings, renovations, and refurbishments
• Repairs and improvements to interior walls and facades of buildings
• Creating management reports
• Support with material orders

• Completed apprenticeship as a painter EFZ and further training as a construction site manager SMGV
• Solid professional knowledge
• High willingness to perform
• Several years of professional experience
• Decisive with assertiveness
• Team-oriented and communicative
• Good German language skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Driver's license
• Ideal age 25 – 35 years
