Department Head and Teacher for the Vocational School (70-90%)

Your future tasks:

• Professional and organizational management of the vocational school for learners in practical training (PrA) according to INSOS (30%)
• Personnel management of 3-5 teachers
• Teaching for PrA learners in ABU, math, and individual learning as well as remedial teaching for EFZ/EBA learners (40-60%)
• Cooperation with partner schools of obvita and HPV Uzwil-Flawil
• Further development of services on behalf of the disability insurance and the referring training companies
• Representation/networking in the industry and education sector

Our ideal candidate

• Completed training as a primary or secondary school teacher or training in curative and special education
• Experience in personnel management or willingness to further educate in these areas
• Experience working with people with support needs and knowledge of practical training is an advantage
• High social competence, resilience, and flexibility
• Innovative thinking and enjoyment of cooperation and further development
