We are looking for a committed personality as an Application Manager Atlassian / M365 80–100% (m/f/d) for the operation, configuration and further development of our internal applications in the back office area.
In this versatile role, you will manage two central platforms in a team – the Atlassian® toolset (especially Jira & Confluence) and the Microsoft® toolset M365 (especially Teams & SharePoint Online) – and ensure that they optimally support our agile working methods.

What you will achieve
You will manage and maintain our back office applications and be the first point of contact for users. Your main tasks are:
- Administration, monitoring and technical configuration of the Atlassian and M365 platforms
- Troubleshooting, fault correction and development of workarounds
- Consulting, support and training of users
- Support for software updates, releases and data maintenance
- Creation of reports, evaluations and statistics
- Evaluation and integration of additional applications (e.g. Miro, Camtasia)
- User and license management
- Collaboration and partial responsibility in IT projects
Why you will succeed
You are a reliable, eager-to-learn and service-oriented personality with an analytical working style, enthusiasm for technical challenges and the following profile:
- Completed education or training in (business) informatics (e.g. HF/FH) or equivalent
- Very good general IT knowledge and interest in application operation
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or Microsoft M365 (Teams, SharePoint)
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies
- Good communication skills, team spirit and independence
- Very good German skills, any additional national language is an advantage
