The following diverse tasks await you:

• Support, advise and promote the mentioned general agency
• Accompany and support field staff in customer consulting and sales
• Coaching and further training of field staff
• Support of management in market development measures
• Link to the executive departments at the business headquarters

This is what distinguishes you:

• Several years of experience in insurance field sales in the corporate sectors
• Federal specialist certificate in insurance or higher education mandatory
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
• High degree of self-motivation and self-management
