Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing Setup, Changeover and Operation of CNC Lathes
Activities
- Independent setup, changeover and operation of CNC lathes
- Manufacturing of highly precise components according to drawings
- Optimizing and adjusting existing CNC programs
- Independent quality control of manufactured parts
- Participation in the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes
- Maintenance and servicing of machines, tools and measuring equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ
- Experience in CNC turning, ideally in precision manufacturing
- Knowledge of FANUC or HAAS controls is an advantage
- Precise, independent and reliable working style
- Team-oriented and committed personality
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
