The Digital Administration division of the State Chancellery implements the Digital Administration strategy within projects with internal and external partners and further develops the strategy. In addition, we manage the website www.zh.ch and the transaction platform ZHservices with the Zürikonto.
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager / Business Engineer 80-100%
to support our "Digital Government Services" department in the Digital Administration division of the State Chancellery.
Your tasks
- You take over the management of projects within the implementation of the Digital Administration 2025+ strategy in the implementation focus "Basic Services and Government Services".
- You support the department in the implementation of ongoing projects and, if necessary, in the further development of existing operations (focus project VRGo).
- You advise the division on decisions regarding current technical issues and represent the interests of the State Chancellery in professional exchanges with relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- You have a tertiary-level degree with a focus on business informatics or a related discipline.
- You have successfully implemented projects in the field of digital transformation, ideally in public administration.
- You have expertise in relevant technical topics, bring strong conceptual skills, and are used to developing solutions in interdisciplinary teams.
- Holistic thinking, enthusiasm for design, excellent communication skills, initiative, and a high degree of personal responsibility complete your profile.
