For the start of the apprenticeship in August 2026, we are looking for an interested student for the polymechanic training in the mechanical, electrical, and metal industry MEM.

Our area of activity

Three-Tec is a mechanical engineering company that develops and produces dosing systems, extruders, and process equipment for process engineering. You can't imagine much about it? Don't worry, many people feel the same way at first. We operate in a niche market and are successful because we can manufacture very specialized and complex devices.

The team, the company

We are a young, motivated team with 50 employees, including 11 apprentices. As a family business run in the second generation, we care about our employees and their development opportunities. In recent years, we have continuously grown and recently moved into our new building right next to the existing one, which has allowed us to increase our operational area to more than three times its size.

Apprenticeship description

You will be trained in various departments such as the training workshop, CNC manufacturing, assembly, design, electrical workshop, etc. Throughout the entire training period, cross-disciplinary skills such as methodical, social, and self-competence will be promoted and further developed.

We are looking for a committed personality who brings the following:

• A successfully completed secondary or district school or a very well completed secondary school
• Enjoyment of mechanics and manual skills
• Good spatial imagination and enjoyment of mathematics
• Perseverance, patience, and careful working methods
• Enjoyment of physical work
• Willingness to engage and enthusiasm for the profession
• Enjoyment of working in a team

With us, apprentices are fully integrated into everyday work early on, take on responsibility early, and work independently. Of course, we also support attending vocational maturity.
