To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who takes responsibility, drives projects forward, and monitors our high standards in occupational safety. We are looking for someone starting June 1, 2026:
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Management, coordination, and implementation of FM projects (conversions, renovations, optimizations, etc.)
- Ensuring and further developing occupational safety and health protection standards (SiBe function)
- Conducting risk analyses, safety inspections, and audits
- Creation and maintenance of safety concepts, documents, and records
- Planning and conducting training for employees
- Collaboration with authorities, external partners, and specialist offices
Your profile
- Completed technical training
- Several years of experience in facility management and project management
- Further training in occupational safety is an advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders
