Our protected residential group offers a loving home to 11 people with dementia. For our Stibli service, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and warm personality who enjoys making everyday life pleasant for our residents around mealtimes.
Employee Stibli Service 20-60% or hourly wage
Your area of responsibility
- Preparation and serving of breakfast
- Serving lunch and dinner
- Care and accompaniment of residents at the dining table
- Clearing tables after meals
- Cleaning and tidying the kitchen
- Performing various housekeeping tasks
You bring with you
- Experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory
- Patience, empathy, and sensitivity in dealing with people with dementia
- Independent, hygienic, and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to remain calm in hectic moments
