Health Specialist Nursing Pool (a) 5–100%
What will you do with us?
Whether to bridge short-term absences, during increased workload, or in special situations – as a pool employee, you are an important link in interprofessional cooperation. You have the opportunity to work both flexibly and on fixed planned days or in fixed planned shifts. Your assignments take place across departments in various specialist areas. Of course, you will receive thorough introduction in all departments – and our internal training offer is open to you.
- You care for our patients and look after them with high personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented, and according to the latest findings
- In doing so, you share responsibility for the quality of care and perform medical-technical and nursing tasks according to the defined competence area
- In addition, you are responsible for tasks in the logistical, administrative, and housekeeping areas
- You carry out the daily recording of material and nursing activities – supported by the Clinical Information System Clinical
- For the implementation of area and department goals, you take co-responsibility and are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing processes
What do you bring to be successful with us?
- You are a certified Health Specialist EFZ and ideally have professional experience in acute care
- The well-being of patients is at the center of your work and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You practice your profession with joy, are motivated, a team player, and resilient
- You work reliably and conscientiously and gladly take on responsibility
- Continuously learning and performing additional skills is exciting and challenging for you
- Fluent German completes your profile (for non-native speakers, a B2 diploma is required)
