- You are responsible for all technical and environmental matters on behalf of management and therapy staff in the outpatient clinic building.
- You monitor and accompany maintenance work as well as smaller expansion projects in the properties and outdoor facilities.
- Repairs and prompt troubleshooting, setting up and supporting events as well as on-call and winter services are part of your duties.
- Due to your plant knowledge, you find it easy to properly and as needed maintain the surroundings.
- You assist with factual submissions and co-reports, and you remedy defects after periodic inspections.
- You enjoy operating garden tools and machines.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and improvement of workflows in the assigned area of responsibility.
- You work in a team of about 8 colleagues.
- You preferably have a degree in horticulture, construction, or a vocational training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or equivalent.
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in area and garden management.
- You are willing to do on-call duty in rotation (on-call duty 1 week every two months), therefore you ideally live within a 30-minute radius of the workplace.
- You have experience working with internal customers – stakeholders.
- You are characterized by your teamwork skills, motivation, customer orientation, and safety-conscious working style.
- You strive to continuously expand your technical knowledge and are open to new things.
- A high level of social competence, flexibility, initiative, and self-organization is a prerequisite for this position.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- You hold a category B driving license and are proficient in using the MS Office suite.
