WHAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE…

Receiving and processing incidents and service requests in the service management system SERVALX

Analyzing problems (business processes/-transactions, data, functions) as well as the environment

Handling (workaround, resolution) of disruptions and error conditions (business processes/-transactions, data, functions) in the technical environment of SERVALX

Implementing and maintaining SERVALX components, modules, and/or interfaces to databases as well as to other applications

Designing, setting up, and maintaining the development, test, and production systems required for SERVALX

Creating and updating documentation (knowledge articles, user manual, etc.)

YOUR QUALITIES ARE…

Completed training or studies in computer science or equivalent work experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and ideally English

Customer orientation and ability to work in a team

Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
