In this versatile role, you take responsibility for the efficient planning, coordination, and management of flying personnel in the area of Absence Management and Cockpit Planning.

Absence Management

• Processing and approval of vacation, absence, and part-time requests from pilots
• Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Coordination with internal departments for optimal capacity planning
• Preparation of evaluations and support in process optimization

Cockpit Planning

• Planning and deployment control of flying personnel according to operational and legal requirements
• Ongoing analysis and improvement of planning processes
• Collaboration with training, HR department, and line managers
• Maintenance of planning documentation and communication with cockpit personnel

You bring the following:

• You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• You have professional experience in deployment planning, dispatching, or controlling, ideally related to the operational environment
• Experience in aviation or dealing with regulatory requirements in flight operations is a plus
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style characterizes you, and you remain calm and efficient even under time pressure
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Good Microsoft 365 user skills
