• In partnership with regional managers, you deploy the AXA management development strategy in French-speaking Switzerland. You are the reference person for the region regarding all questions related to leadership skills development and training of managers in our external service.
• You support managers, independent agents, and regional managers in their questions related to leadership and organizational development. You mainly operate in French-speaking Switzerland, both at our Lausanne headquarters and directly within agencies.
• You conduct individual coaching for managers of our agencies, as well as, upon request, team coaching. This includes onboarding, personal and team development, crisis management, etc.
• You design and facilitate training for managers, thematic workshops, and moderate workshops.
• You also know how to write specifications for calls for tenders in the training field, analyze received files, and advise your contacts to select the most suitable options.

• Your passion is management development, supporting individuals and teams.
• You have completed higher education at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business management or psychology.
• You have significant experience in organizational development, as well as in supporting and coaching senior managers and/or entrepreneurs.
• You are comfortable with the daily challenges faced by managers and executives. Experience in developing managers active in sales is an asset.
• You have skills in management training, both in pedagogical design and in the dynamism and confidence you bring during development days or workshops.
• You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written. A good command of German for regular professional use during sessions with your colleagues based in Winterthur is essential.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong service orientation, and you know how to work autonomously in your daily routine. Taking initiative is an integral part of your character. You have a systemic work method focused on collaboration; your assertiveness and social intelligence characterize you.
• Your main workplace is in Lausanne, with availability for regular travel to agencies. Additionally, you occasionally travel to Winterthur.
