- You lead cross-departmental projects, strategic areas of action, and initiatives in the field of corporate development, focusing on coordinated implementation
- You manage the strategy implementation plan and ensure periodic reporting to the executive management and the board of directors
- You create concepts, presentations, and decision-making bases for the executive management
- You drive the further development of our ecosystems in the Zermatt, Aletsch, and Andermatt areas, maintain relationships with local partners, and represent the corporate group on site
- You recognize opportunities, set impulses, and bring new topics with drive into the company
Your Profile
- You have completed higher education in business administration at the FH or university level or have comparable qualifications
- You bring solid professional experience in project or program management, especially in complex, cross-departmental, and cross-company projects
- Mobility and tourism topics excite you, and you quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are an initiative and winning personality and convince through strong communication and negotiation skills. You combine analytical thinking with conceptual strength and enjoy working in a networked way
- Stakeholder management suits you, and you move confidently in different stakeholder groups
