Mandate Manager ZURZACH Care - Head of Infrastructural Facility Management 80-100 %

Your Tasks

Area of Responsibility: You are responsible for the operational management and further development of the facility management mandates of our subsidiary ZURZACH Care AG in the regions of Bad Zurzach, Baden, Zurich, Glarus and Lucerne
Budget Responsibility: You bear the cost and budget responsibility in the commissioned mandates and projects
Service Provider Management: You manage our external service providers (with a focus on cleaning and laundry) and ensure compliance with the contractually agreed services
Process Optimization: You continuously develop existing processes and services in facility management
Communication: You ensure smooth information flow within the team, to customers and external partners
Project Management: You take over the management and participate in FM projects
Leadership: You lead the group leaders in the area of internal infrastructural facility management (cleaning, laundry, gardening, warehouse/logistics, building services, purchasing)

Your Profile

Education: You have a completed degree in facility management or a comparable qualification
Experience: You bring extensive professional experience in facility management as well as in a leadership position
Know-how: You have sound knowledge in contract and service management, especially in infrastructural building management
Project Management: You have experience in leading projects as well as in implementing new systems and processes
Leadership Competence: You coordinate teams confidently, make clear decisions and have strong communication and leadership skills
IT Affinity: You are confident in using MS Office as well as facility management software
