Do you want to be part of an interdisciplinary team of IT and cybersecurity specialists shaping the future of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) at Zürcher Kantonalbank? We are looking for you to take a leading role in the further development of our ISMS. The focus is on the content-related and functional expansion along the corresponding roadmap. As part of the CISO organization, we control and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of security measures in the IT organization. With your skills, we continuously and risk-orientedly expand the monitoring of effectiveness.

Your tasks

Planning, implementing, and continuously improving the ISMS
Defining and conducting assessments for critical IT systems
Evaluating vulnerabilities identified in assessments (security control gaps)
Supporting the business/IT managers in defining measures to close the vulnerabilities
Monitoring the effectiveness of security measures based on indicators and expanding the indicators
Leading the exception management process in case of deviations from security requirements
Expanding the reporting function for stakeholders and committees

Your profile

Completed higher education in computer science (HF/FH/ETH) or equivalent further education (MAS/CAS in Information and Cyber Security)
Strong methodological skills and understanding of the requirements for an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS), including regulatory frameworks
Knowledge in the areas of cyber, information, IT security, and data protection
Knowledge of basic IT and security standards (ISO, NIST)
Experience in analyzing key figures and reporting with common tools (e.g., Tableau)
An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style is a matter of course for you
Very good German and English skills with strong communication abilities
