Employee Administration/AVOR 100% (m/f/d)

Seeking support for our Administration/AVOR, we turn to practically minded and highly motivated individuals with a commercial background. Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a commercial clerk or a comparable education. Additionally, you preferably already have experience in the AVOR area and are familiar with the environment of a tough manufacturing company. You have a good command of German and French, both spoken and written, and are able to reliably perform all administrative tasks associated with the activity and coordinate the material flow for further production processes. Your efficient and systematic way of working benefits you here, and you value teamwork and structure. Your organizational talent and your flexible and customer-oriented way of thinking complete your profile.

Your tasks include:

·Checking incoming deliveries and truck loads as well as recording and capturing incoming materials

·Checking delivery notes for completeness and special customer requests

·Checking and, if necessary, correcting delivery notes after consultation with the customer

·Coordinating appointment arrangements with the customer (in person and by phone) and providing technical consulting services if needed

·Accurate recording and labeling of each workpiece and calculation of the (surface) areas
