For the Central Switzerland region, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a service technician for oil / gas for our own brand Buderus (m/f/div.).

Job Description

• You take care of the professional commissioning of oil / gas heating systems, hot water systems, and control systems.
• You perform careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions – expertly, quickly, and independently.
• You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to their personal needs.
• You inform our customers about the comprehensive benefits of the optional Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You organize your service assignments and reliably report them back to the customer and our dispatch.
• You provide on-call service (standby) in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Education: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry
• Personality and working style: reliable, independent, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: Experience in the industry is desirable but "a positive mindset, great willingness to learn, and interest in the subject matter" are much more important to us
• Languages: confident German skills
