- Strategic and operational responsibility for modern digital workplace solutions, including collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365), device management, and virtual desktop environments.
- Ensuring service quality, user-friendliness, and reliability of the workplace platform.
- Evaluation, implementation, and continuous development of new technologies in the workplace area.
- Close cooperation with the Infrastructure and Developer Platform teams to provide integrated solutions and services.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and implement requirements for the digital workplace environment.
- Planning and prioritizing workplace projects and initiatives based on strategic corporate goals.
- Introduction and continuous optimization of workplace standards, processes, and service management (e.g., ITIL).
- Monitoring service quality and user satisfaction, including regular analyses and feedback loops.
- Proactive incident and problem management to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous observation and evaluation of trends and innovations in workplace technologies and hybrid work.
- Promoting the introduction of innovative workplace tools and methods throughout the company.
- Actively shaping the workplace strategy and developing the long-term technological roadmap.
- Identifying and managing technical debts and risks in the workplace area to ensure long-term stability and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing strategies for risk minimization and ensuring compliance.
- Developing and implementing emergency and business continuity plans.
This is what you bring
- At least 5 years of professional experience in workplace management, digital workplaces, or related fields, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing workplace or service management teams.
- Solid knowledge in the design and operation of modern workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms).
- Experience in agile development environments and the application of methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and social skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and the ability to communicate complex relationships clearly and understandably.
- Passion for technological innovation and continuous improvement, as well as the ability to recognize and proactively manage technical risks.
- Experience in budget and resource management as well as strategic technology planning.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
- Active exchange with the workplace community and interest in current workplace trends are advantageous.
