Your Tasks
- Care and support of people with cognitive and multiple disabilities in the residential and leisure area
- Health care and basic care of partially physically disabled individuals
- Responsibility as a contact person for one to two clients
- Shared responsibility in the team
- Administrative and planning tasks
- Household tasks in the residential group area
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
- Taking on weekend, holiday, and split shifts
We Expect From You
- A qualifying degree in care (Care Specialist EFZ or equivalent)
- Client-centered action, flexibility, and tolerance are qualities that are self-evident to you
- You maintain open communication and actively contribute to the team
- You are resilient, flexible, and have good physical constitution
- Irregular working hours are not a problem for you (no night shifts)
- You have good PC user skills and complete your profile with a driving license for PW
