Advise customers on their outdoor clothing choices for adventures.
Maintain and enhance the store's visual appeal and organization.
Share knowledge and experiences about outdoor gear with the team.

Skills

Experience in retail or outdoor clothing is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
Strong communication skills in German and English are essential.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, is required.

YOUR SPECIALTY AS A CLOTHING SALES ADVISOR

Advising our customers in Zermatt on their planned adventures. Your thing.
Our extensive clothing and textile range. Your home.
Discussing specialist topics, exchanging experiences, and sharing textile know-how within the team. Gladly.
Helping to design and maintain the sales area. The appearance is important to you.
Assisting with goods flow. Of course.
Sharing knowledge, joy, and good mood? Absolutely!

THIS IS YOU

Training as a retail specialist EFZ would be ideal. Career changers are also very welcome.
Product knowledge (in the area of outdoor and functional clothing) or experience in application. You bring that with you.
Good oral language skills in German and English (at least level C1). That is necessary.
An open ear for our customers in Zermatt. Absolutely.
Flexible availability, also on Saturdays and Sundays in our two branches Yosemite by Transa and Icebreaker Shop. Yes!
Your environment describes you as reliable, communicative, and a team player. Definitely.
Working with IT tools (MS Office and BC). You are used to it.
