Housekeeping Staff, 20%
For our Residenz Spirgarten in Zurich, we are looking for a housekeeping staff member immediately or by arrangement, with working hours to be agreed upon, approximately 20%.
Residenz Spirgarten is a residence of the Atlas Foundation. It was built according to the plans of Miller & Maranta. The residence is located in the middle of Zurich-Altstetten, directly at Lindenplatz. It has 68 apartments and a care department with 18 single rooms.
Your area of responsibility
- Professional cleaning of apartments, rooms in the care department, and common and infrastructure areas according to schedule and duty roster
- Forwarding residents' concerns and reporting important observations and incidents
- Implementation of the directives from the housekeeping team leader

You bring with you
- Housekeeping training as a specialist in hotel-housekeeping EFZ or specialist in cleaning technology EFZ
- Proven practical experience in cleaning apartments, care rooms, and public areas
- Independent and careful working style
- Resilient and reliable personality
- Good knowledge of German
You are flexible and willing to work weekend shifts. You also have a strong service-oriented mindset. Your pleasant manners and cheerful nature bring joy to your surroundings, and you maintain good contact with the residents.
