SPECIALIST ENERGY CONSULTING (Part-time 40%) In this position, you will advise existing as well as new customers in the cantons of Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, and Lucerne.
Your tasks as support in the following areas - Consulting companies with and without legal obligation to increase energy efficiency in cooperation with act and PEIK. - Participation in the implementation of target agreements and energetic operational optimizations
- Creating energy analyses for single-family homes, multi-family homes, public buildings, and SMEs as well as creating building energy certificates (GEAK / GEAK plus)
- Creating concepts for heat generation with economic and ecological comparison of different energy sources.
- Creating energy certificates and Minergie certificates
- Developing renovation proposals for building envelopes and building technology
- General consulting in the field of renewable energies, energy efficiency,
- Conducting on-site energy consumption measurements Requirements
- In training to become an engineer FH Energy and Environmental Technology or similar, e.g. part-time
- Interest in energy consulting and efficiency improvement, flair for numbers
- Initiative and quality awareness
- Negotiation skills as well as confident German language skills
- Driver's license category B
