The Grand Age Pole of the Eben-Hézer Foundation brings together five medico-social establishments and several medico-social reception structures (SAMS). This Pole offers services related to the elderly person including long-term care, advanced age psychiatry, short stay, day care (CAT), protected apartments as well as the Bonnettes production kitchen. Our support aims to respect the choice, desire, and dream of the resident and client and is strongly influenced by the Montessori method. We aim to provide places where it is good to live under all circumstances.

To complete our teams, we are looking for a:
RED CROSS HEALTH ASSISTANT (M/F)
Your essential role is to facilitate the life of the residents!
Your tasks will be organized around support and assistance in the daily life activities of the residents (getting up, meals, toileting, dressing, mobilization), as well as relational support and help (listening, sharing, animation, etc.). You will also participate in the arrangement and hygiene of their environment.
Your profile:
120h Swiss Red Cross certificate
Minimum two years of experience
Experience or strong interest in psychogeriatrics or geriatrics
Ability to work independently, team spirit, versatility
Tolerance and adaptability regarding the resident's living environment
Minimum 2 years experience in the field
French proficiency: B2 required
Location within 30 minutes of the workplace
