Your tasks- •Supervision of employees in the Heat Treatment, Machining, Assembly, and Passivation departments.
- •Maintain department schedules to include work, vacation and holiday hours.
- •Track the development of employees.
- •Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
- •Troubleshoot operational issues and support problem resolution.
- •Monitor and track KPIs.
- •Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- •Working in SAP system.
Your profile
- •5+ years of experience in die casting.
- •Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- •High school diploma or equivalent required.
- •Experience in post casting is strongly preferred.
