Job Description
As Team Leader Logistics (m/f/div.), you are responsible for packaging material warehouse, steel warehouse, and goods receipt forwarding. You are the link between production and logistics.
Your main tasks include:
- Professional and personnel management of a team as well as personnel planning are part of your responsibilities
- You are responsible for various warehouse-relevant key figures and their visualization
- You take on the role of key user in SAP logistics modules
- You are responsible for seamless mapping and coordination of empties management for the plant
- Active design and optimization of workflows according to Bosch Production System standards (BPS & 5S), as well as various logistics warehouse projects, are part of your responsibilities
- You are responsible for handling EHS relevant points (safety, order, cleanliness, occupational safety, plant security, etc.)
- Responsibility for various operational tasks rounds off your area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Education: Logistician EFZ and further training as a logistics specialist is an advantage
- Personality and working style: Reliable, resilient, and flexible team player with a solution-oriented and cross-process way of thinking and working
- Experience and know-how: Several years of experience in warehouse activities, leadership experience as well as SAP knowledge & confident handling of the MS Office suite are advantageous
- Languages: Good communication and expression skills in German, English is a plus
