Your area of responsibility

You answer questions about invoices, services, suggestions, and complaints – from both new and existing customers
You reliably process inquiries and orders from customers, recipients, and brokers
You provide telephone as well as written information on all topics related to occupational pensions
You are responsible for managing an assigned customer portfolio, including mutations and accounting adjustment orders
If necessary, you accompany customer appointments on site together with the broker

Your strengths

You have commercial training and expertise in occupational pensions – ideally complemented by further training, such as VBV certification or the federal specialist certificate in social insurance
Independent work within clearly defined processes is a matter of course for you
You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute
You approach contact with customers with joy, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility
You have native-level German language skills
