Your Challenge
- Responsible for accounts payable accounting with existing accounts payable workflow and associated application
- Independent handling of general accounting tasks (e.g. reconciliations, postings, controls, and payment runs)
- Automation of the still manually performed reconciliations Twint, SixPayment, cash register, banks to general ledger
- Support in the creation and automation of controlling reports
- Independent maintenance and further development of reporting tools and data models
- Development of analyses and report drafts
- Implementation of digitization and process improvement projects in controlling and finance
- Participation in annual financial statements; closing certainty not required
- Enjoyment in error analysis, error correction, and their structural and/or process improvements
Our Desired Profile
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education as well as experience in controlling and/or finance
- Further training in controlling available
- Routine in handling Excel (independently developing macros) and flair for numbers
- Understanding of basic financial contexts (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and budget)
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style combined with a high quality awareness
