Chef de Rang (m/f)

• You provide guests with exemplary service and ensure that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
• Serving food and drinks with precision and elegance while adhering to established presentation standards.
• Thorough knowledge of the menu offerings, including seasonal specials and wine selection.
• Building a relationship with guests, recognizing their preferences, and giving personal recommendations.
• Professional and empathetic handling of guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• You maintain the hotel/restaurant standards for excellent hospitality and service.

Your profile

• Fluent English skills are essential, as well as a C1 certificate in French or German.
• Previous experience in a comparable position in a luxury hotel or upscale gastronomy establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with guests and colleagues in multiple languages.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and spirits.
• Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A certification in food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
