Your main tasks include:

Diagnose and repair machines according to contractual commitments with customers (SLA).
Perform regular maintenance of equipment.
Assist customers by phone or on-site.
Escalate technical problems to product specialists.
Train and advise customers on the use and maintenance of machines.
Ensure print quality and proper functioning of installed solutions.
Manage spare parts and consumables with customers.
Carry out equipment installations and their integration.
Write intervention reports.
Optimize logistics and service billing.
Be responsible for machines in the Valais Riviera region.

Your profile:

Having training in printing (offset/digital) or a technical background (mechanical, electronic or equivalent).
Experience in professional printing (an advantage).
Possessing knowledge in mechanics, electricity, color, and printing materials.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Capable of diagnosing and solving technical problems.
Organized, autonomous, and with good analytical skills.
Having a very good level of German and English (an advantage).
