Your Responsibilities
- Establishment and development of strategic purchasing
- Selection and negotiation with strategic suppliers to create long-term partnerships
- Market and procurement trend analysis to identify cost reduction and quality improvement opportunities
- Close collaboration with operational teams and internal departments
- Development of digital solutions for efficient handling of tenders and supplier development
- Establishment of KPIs and reporting for strategic procurement
Your Profile
- Higher education HF/FH with a focus on business administration, federal diploma purchaser, or technical education with business administration further training
- Professional experience in strategic purchasing
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience in market analysis and long-term decision making
- Teamwork skills, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365
