Real-Time Management Controllers - CDM
Mission
You will work within our traffic control center responsible for the smooth operation of the network in real time for our customers and employees. In particular, you will continuously ensure the regularity and reliability of the network lines and special services, while disseminating the necessary information to customers for their travel, and guaranteeing the defined connections.
Your main responsibilities
- Carry out checks, monitoring, and necessary interventions on the network lines and special services to guarantee the established transport offer,
- participate in the development and monitoring of action plans necessary to minimize disruptions on the network for planned events,
- provide all necessary information and assistance to staff on duty on the network to help them perform their mission effectively,
- collaborate with all internal and external partners in managing disrupted situations.
Your profile
- CFC level or equivalent qualification, and at least 4 years of experience in a public transport company, within a traffic management center,
- good knowledge of the TPG network and the Geneva region,
- computer literacy and willingness and ability to be trained on several software programs (Hastus, SAEIV, etc.),
- excellent stress resistance, initiative and decision-making spirit, ability to be available and attentive to employees on the network,
- proficiency in French, both written and spoken,
- availability necessary for schedules requiring great flexibility.
