Tasks

• Close collaboration with the ward management in the professional leadership of the department
• Co-responsibility for the integration of new knowledge and current development steps
• Support in ensuring nursing processes within the team as well as compliance with quality standards
• Assuming all tasks of the ward management during their absence, as well as co-responsibility for personnel management
• Co-responsible for the further development of the team
• Work in shifts according to the planning principles of nursing

Profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Training as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Enjoyment in further development and quality assurance in nursing
• High commitment to implementing patient-oriented and professional nursing
• Excellent prioritization skills as well as a flexible and resilient personality with high social competence
• Structured way of working
• High communication skills with corresponding negotiation skills and assertiveness
