- Leadership of the Medical Consulting, Medical Coding, and Documentation Management teams
- Responsibility for hospital-wide projects, particularly in the area of digital transformation of medical processes
- Development and implementation of modern performance measurement systems
- Central contact person for clinic and department management in all matters of medical controlling
What you bring
- Completed state examination in human medicine, ideally complemented by a management or leadership training at university level
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in medical controlling
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss hospital system
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital solutions
- Integrative personality with pronounced analytical skills and excellent communication skills
