To strengthen and strategically develop our company, we are looking for an experienced and assertive personality as Partner, 80-100% (m/f).

Your tasks

• Independent customer acquisition and building long-term business relationships
• Management of customer projects focusing on marketing and sales
• Leading and training your own project team with 3-6 employees
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary partner team
• Development and implementation of advertising concepts, corporate strategies, including coordination of measures
• Project controlling and impact measurement directly with the customer
• Management and further development of an internal company area

What you bring

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally in business administration, communication, or a related field, or comparable training
• At least three years of professional experience in marketing – ideally in consulting, in an agency, or in one of our target markets (automotive, construction, gastronomy, or manufacturing industry)
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Experience in customer acquisition, high ambitions, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• A pronounced strategic thinking ability
• Very good self-organization, high willingness to learn, and motivation
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; understanding of Swiss dialect
• Negotiation-level English and French is a plus
• Confident handling of digital tools and CRM systems
• Your goal: a long-term leadership role with development perspective
