Head of the ORP-ProEmployees sector
- SEMP260
- OMAT is one of the two offices of SEMP. Composed of more than 80 collaborators, its mission is to ensure a rapid and sustainable return to employment for people in a situation of unemployment, through advice and support for these people on the one hand and by creating partnerships with companies in the canton on the other.
Directly subordinate to the head of OMAT, you ensure the strategic management of the ORP – ProEmployees sector.
In this capacity, you implement the professional integration strategy and the objectives defined by the employment service management and OMAT in order to promote a balanced labor market and the rapid and sustainable reintegration of job seekers. You also develop strong partnerships with cantonal actors in social and professional (re)integration.
Within this framework, you coordinate the sector's activities in a transversal manner. You ensure the alignment between labor market needs and the profiles of job seekers. Finally, you support and advise collaborators in case follow-up and management of complex situations.
Holder of a university degree or equivalent, you have several years of experience in a position of responsibility.
You possess strong management skills as well as an excellent knowledge of public institutions, cantonal actors in professional integration, the regional economic fabric, and federal and cantonal legislation regarding unemployment insurance.
Endowed with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, you demonstrate strong leadership and a great ability to manage teams and complex situations. You adopt a transversal and multidisciplinary approach, client-oriented, advisory and solution-focused, and show initiative, rigor, and high stress resistance.
