Our rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach offers rehabilitation at the highest medical level. The range extends from neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiological to rheumatological rehabilitation. In our modern infrastructure, we combine medical excellence with individual care. Our interdisciplinary team accompanies patients with a holistic approach on their way back to everyday life.
Your tasks
- Leadership: You lead the daily business, coordinate staff deployment, and ensure nursing quality
- Nursing practice: You ensure activating rehabilitation nursing and support your team at the patient’s bedside
- Team & professional development: You promote the professional development of your employees and actively share your knowledge
- Training: You are responsible for the practical guidance of trainees and students
- Collaboration: You work in the interdisciplinary team with interfaces to other nursing staff, therapists, and doctors
- Co-creation: You actively contribute, shape processes, and further develop innovative ideas
Your profile
- Education: You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH or have an equivalent recognition with a positive SRK pre-check
- Experience: You bring skills in nursing-therapeutic interventions such as Bobath, kinesthetic therapy, as well as experience in wound management
- Personality: You are a responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer and team orientation
- Joy in training: You enjoy supporting adolescents and young adults as well as sharing knowledge within the team
