The Willisau Retirement Center offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care, and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a family-like home. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialized living forms, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten.

We are looking to strengthen our team from 01.02.2026 or by arrangement:

Commercial Employee Administration & Reception 40% (Working days Tuesday and Friday)

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
• You have very good user skills (MS-Office 365)
• You have the ability for situational and target group-appropriate communication
• You are independent, reliable, and have an exact way of working
• You are flexible and have an open and team-oriented personality

Your tasks:

• You take over the reception and telephone service and ensure a friendly and competent contact person for internal and external concerns
• You process and forward internal as well as external tasks reliably
• You independently and carefully handle the daily mail processing as well as general correspondence
• You manage and control the cash register responsibly
• You support the team through general administrative work and contribute to a smooth daily routine
