Your role
As a marketing specialist, you help us make digital projects visible and reach new target groups. Whether social media content, growth hacks, or campaigns – you bring creative ideas and put them into action with us.

Your tasks
• Development and implementation of social media strategies (TikTok, Insta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Creation of content campaigns, ads & storytelling formats
• Support in branding & community building
• Analysis of KPIs & derivation of learnings
• Close collaboration with project management & AI team

Requirements

• You are a student or career starter with great interest in marketing, media, communication, business administration
• No specific degree required; we rely on your enthusiasm for social media, marketing & digital business models
• Experience with content creation, ads manager or social media tools is an advantage
• Creative mindset and eagerness to try new things
• Initiative & teamwork skills
