• Solid experience – Experienced calculation technician in Civil Engineering in the field of civil works with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in Switzerland.
• Appropriate training – Training as a construction manager or engineer to support your technical expertise.
• Skills in technical solutions – Ability to imagine technical solutions, analyze bids, and manage complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – Good communication and ease in exchanges with various stakeholders.
