Your main tasks

Control of production performance:

Leading and moderating the daily shopfloor meetings
Analysis of performance losses and bottlenecks to derive targeted measures
Development and implementation of sustainable optimization strategies
Support in building and further developing a lean management system
Introduction and standardization of SOPs
Support of investment projects

Planning and control of maintenance:

Planning, control, and coordination of all maintenance activities
Leadership, motivation, and development of the maintenance team
Early detection of weaknesses and malfunctions in production equipment
Implementation of preventive maintenance strategies and continuous optimization of maintenance processes
Responsibility for cost management and efficiency improvement in all maintenance activities

What you bring

Completed technical training or technical studies with solid experience in production and maintenance
Experience in lean management and implementation of efficient workflows
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, proactive action, ability to implement complex optimization projects
Structured and independent working style with high quality and safety awareness
Strong team and communication skills
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good MS Office skills
