- Ensuring the contact point for owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers (both written and oral)
- Responsible for and carrying out work within the scope of minor maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a craft (recognized qualification)
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the craft sector
- Experience in cleaning / caretaker (advantageous)
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness to travel (approx. 70%) in the canton of Aargau
