Civil Engineer | Structural Engineering (M/F/X) 80-100%

You join our structural engineering team to carry out the necessary calculations for the construction of mobile phone sites. You are passionate about varied and demanding tasks in the pre-dimensioning and realization phases of the structures. Your workplace is located in Romandy (preferably Le Mont-sur-Lausanne or Vernier) and you also regularly collaborate in German or English with the team located in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

• Identify and develop constructive solutions for mobile phone installations (foundations, pylons, and metal structures).
• Independently carry out the structural dimensioning of the entire installation.
• Check the structural dimensioning of existing buildings and roof constructions.
• Establish pre-dimensioning, final detailed dimensioning, and check execution plans.
• Provide technical assistance during the tendering process and execution.
• Identify the scope of needs and detailed survey of existing infrastructures or new constructions.
• Act as a point of contact with clients and authorities when necessary.
• Optimize work processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Holder of a HES civil engineering degree with solid knowledge in structural engineering and metal construction as well as at least 5 years of professional experience.
Ideally, you have gained professional experience in the mobile telephony sector or in the construction of overhead lines.

You master SIA and Eurocode standards and structural engineering software.

You have very good knowledge of German, minimum B2 desired.

English is an advantage.
