We are looking for you as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with an 80% workload at our headquarters in Zurich.
Your Area of Responsibility
- You independently manage the entire recruiting process for all our Swiss locations from defining needs to hiring
- You are the first point of contact for applicants, hiring managers, and external partner companies
- For finding new employees, you use not only job advertisements but also active approaches, e.g., via LinkedIn
- You continuously build a talent pool to quickly fill open positions ideally in the future
- You take on internal projects in recruiting and employer branding and drive them forward
- If needed, you support recruiting for international positions or in global projects
Your Profile
- You have completed higher education in human resources management, business administration, or a comparable field
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally at a personnel consulting firm
- You have experience in target group-specific candidate approach and selection, conducting interviews, and a sense for talents and their matching
- You successfully use active sourcing, social media recruiting, recruiting KPIs, and SEO techniques
- With your positive attitude and confident demeanor, you convince applicants and internal stakeholders alike
- In your work, you look beyond the obvious and proactively contribute ideas
- You speak fluent German and English; good French skills are an advantage
