Your Area of Responsibility

• You support the department heads in leading the neonatology department (29 beds) and manage the employees assigned to you according to the values of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital.
• You take responsibility for planning and executing the nursing process, incorporating evidence-based findings in the care of neonatology patients at different complexity levels, including non-invasive ventilation.
• You care for and support the patients and their relatives according to the practice model of patient- and family-centered care.
• With your farsighted and reflective personality, you actively participate in various projects and are significantly involved in their implementation.

Your Experience

• You have completed training as a registered nurse with a focus on pediatric and adolescent nursing or an equivalent diploma with professional experience in neonatology and have further training in leadership or are willing to complete it.
• You are a humorous person with high initiative and assertiveness and act calmly and composed even in challenging situations.
• Your pronounced communication skills, innovative and pragmatic thinking, as well as your humor, complete your profile.
