What your tasks are:
- Caring for and supporting the residents with a person-centered approach
- Performing logistical and administrative tasks
- Responding to the wishes and habits of elderly and care-dependent people
- Participating in everyday activities in the department
What you bring:
- Completed training as Health & Social Assistance or SRK Nursing Assistant
- 1 – 2 years of experience in caring for and supporting elderly and care-dependent people, preferably with experience with residents suffering from dementia
- Joy and motivation for the interesting and challenging work in a team
- Responsibility, commitment, reliability, and flexibility
- Fluent German skills
