8965 Berikon www.kreisschule.ch The Kreisschule Mutschellen (KSM) is jointly run by the four municipalities of Berikon, Oberwil-Lieli, Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg, and Widen. About 600 students attend the secondary school, which is divided into three types: district, secondary, and real school. The board of KSM consists of representatives from the four member municipalities. To strengthen the board, we are looking for a fifth board member as president on a mandate basis, starting immediately or by agreement. On behalf of the member municipalities, you will further develop KSM with the board and in close collaboration with the school management. President of the Board (30% - 50%) Tasks
- Leading the board: You prepare meetings, moderate them effectively, and ensure constructive, solution-oriented collaboration with clear decision-making processes.
- Leading the operational management team: You take over personnel management and promote open, trusting communication among all stakeholders.
- Strategic steering of school development: Together with the school management and the
- Representation externally: You actively represent KSM to the member municipalities, politics, administration, and the public. Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and high communication abilities
- Many years of experience in the strategic and/or operational management of educational institutions, preferably in the area of secondary education
- Degree in pedagogy, educational management, or a related field
