Your tasks

• Calculation, acquisition, scheduling and quality control, AVOR, cost monitoring and billing
• Site-specific staff management and support
• Independent, economic and technical management of demanding construction projects
• Competent contact person for clients and business partners

Your profile

• You have completed a technical basic education with further training as a construction foreman, master builder, technician HF or engineer
• Road or building site foreman with ambitions for further training
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting is natural for you
• You have a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• MS Office and SOBRA knowledge are an advantage
• You bring pronounced social skills and negotiation skills
• You are reliable, a team player, resilient, organised and flexible
